General Terms and Conditions
1. acceptance of the GTC
By using our services and purchasing our products, you agree to our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
2. returns and returns
- Cosmetics and hygiene products cannot be returned.
- In the case of defective products, we will deliver a replacement; if this is not possible, a refund will be made in the form of a voucher or a refund to the card used or by IBAN.
- The customer can choose the shipping service provider for returns, but is responsible for ensuring that the package arrives undamaged. We cannot refund the amount for damaged returns. Please contact the shipping service provider.
- The customer shall bear the costs for the return shipment.
- Returns from abroad will result in customs duties, which will be charged to the customer and deducted from the refund amount.
- Returns from abroad are not possible for orders under CHF 40.
3. shipping
- The delivery times can be found on the product page, but these are only estimates and without guarantee.
- If you need an exact delivery date, please contact our support team.
- Products in stock are generally delivered within 2-3 working days.
- We have no influence on external influences and therefore cannot be held liable.
4. reservation of title
- The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
- Further legal action may be taken in the event of non-payment.
5 Prices and payment
- All prices quoted include Swiss VAT.
- We do not offer installment payments or financing.
6. product information
- We make every effort to ensure that all product information is correct. We cannot be held liable for errors in the product descriptions.
7. vouchers
- There is no minimum or maximum order value for the redemption of vouchers.
8. data protection
- The customer can find our data protection guidelines on our website at any time and can obtain information there.
9. place of jurisdiction
- The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of the provider.
10 Deliveries and delivery periods
- The delivery period begins with the order confirmation.
- Items in the same order are usually delivered together. For items with different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.
- Partial deliveries are possible on request.
- Delivery dates are based on experience and are not binding.
- Delays in delivery do not justify any claims for damages or a right to withdraw from the contract.
- In the event of longer delays, we will contact the customer to find a solution.
- We usually offer shipment tracking, the information of which can be found in the shipping confirmation email.
11. changes
- The company reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions at any time by notifying the buyer or publishing them on the website.
12. imprint
- The use of the contact data published in the imprint by third parties for advertising purposes is expressly prohibited.
- The operator expressly reserves the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising or information material being sent.
- The online store www.onehorizon.ch is owned by Neo Horizon GmbH, based in Switzerland.
- The managing director is Neo Bastian Abgottspon.
- The UID is CHE-397.164.115.
- The GmbH is subject to VAT. All prices therefore include Swiss VAT.
13. exclusion of liability
- The Company’s liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in the case of breach of material contractual obligations. This also applies to consequential damages, loss of profit or other financial losses incurred by the customer.
- Liability is otherwise limited to typically foreseeable damages.
14. right of withdrawal
- Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by him has taken possession of the goods.
- In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision to withdraw from the contract by sending a clear declaration by email to returns@one-horizon.ch.
- The return of the goods shall be at the customer’s expense. The following fees may apply for returns:
- Processing fee
- Return costs: The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
- Customs duties: Returns from abroad will incur customs duties, which will be charged to the customer and deducted from the refund amount.
- The refund will be made after receipt and inspection of the returned goods. Damaged or used goods cannot be refunded. The refund will be made in the form of a voucher or a refund to the card used or by IBAN.
- Defective or incorrectly delivered products are excluded from this regulation and can be returned without additional charges.
