General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between you, as a customer, and Neo Horizon GmbH (“One Horizon”), Kanalstrasse Ost 31, 3942 Raron. They apply to all orders placed via one-horizon.ch.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

The contract is formed when you complete your order in the store. You will receive a confirmation email immediately.

In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is no longer available, we will contact you and refund any amounts you have already paid.

• All prices are in Swiss francs and include the applicable Swiss value-added tax.
• We do not offer installment plans, financing, or purchase on account.
• The available payment options are listed under ” Payment Methods.”
• For prepayment, the payment deadline is seven days from the date of order. Shipping will take place after payment is received.

A binding contract is formed upon completion of the order. This also applies to advance payments: The order is binding regardless of whether the amount has already been transferred.

If payment is not received by the due date, we will first send you a reminder and set a grace period. If payment is still not received after that, we may rescind the contract or enforce the claim. In this case, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees, late payment interest, and the costs of legal action, and to initiate debt collection or enforcement proceedings.

Conversely, any goods we have purchased for you that you do not pay for remain our property. We will always contact you first before taking any further action.

• We ship exclusively within Switzerland. We do not ship internationally.
• For orders of CHF 80 or more, we offer free shipping; for orders below that amount, the flat-rate shipping fee shown in the shopping cart applies.
• The delivery period begins upon order confirmation. We typically ship items in stock within one to two business days.
• We’ll ship items from the same order together as soon as all items are available. If delivery times vary, the longest delivery time applies. Separate shipping is available upon request; you’ll find this option in your shopping cart.
• Delivery times listed on the product pages are based on past experience and are not binding. Delays do not give rise to claims for damages or a right to cancel the order. In the event of extended delays, we will contact you.
• We generally offer tracking; details can be found in the shipping confirmation.

• You can return most products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, cosmetics and personal care products are excluded from the right to return.
• To request a return, use the returns portal or email returns@one-horizon.ch.
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs. In some cases, a processing fee may apply.
• You are free to choose any shipping provider, but you are responsible for ensuring that the package arrives at our facility undamaged. Damaged returns will not be refunded.
• Refunds will be issued as a gift certificate or as a refund to the original method of payment.

All products are covered by a two-year statutory warranty under Swiss law. In the event of a defect, we will provide a replacement whenever possible. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund in the form of a gift card or via the original method of payment.

• The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
• In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to take further legal action.

We strive to provide accurate and complete product information. We assume no liability for obvious errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions. Images may differ from the actual product; the information in the product description is authoritative.

• There is no minimum or maximum order amount for redeeming gift certificates.
• Gift certificates are valid for two years from the date of purchase.
• Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Any remaining balance will be carried over for future orders.

• Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in the case of a breach of material contractual obligations. This also applies to consequential damages, lost profits, and other financial losses.
• Furthermore, liability is limited to typically foreseeable damages.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by notifying you or by posting the changes on the website. The version in effect at the time of your order shall prevail.

The online store one-horizon.ch is owned by Neo Horizon GmbH, headquartered in Raron, Valais. The managing director is Neo Bastian Abgottspon, UID CHE-397.164.115. The company is subject to value-added tax; all prices include Swiss value-added tax.
