Folding fan – Fan Fun Kyoto – pale gray This folding fan is made by hand in Kyoto. A folding fan passes through the hands of craftsmen 87 times. The result is a beautiful, high-quality fan with lots of ribs that sits comfortably in the hand and produces a gentle but powerful breeze. The frame of the fan is made of thinly sliced Japanese bamboo. The fan is covered with three different layers of Japanese paper. When the fan is not in use, it can be stored in a suitable fabric cover.
