This pale gray folding fan is handmade in Kyoto and passes through the hands of artisans 87 times during the process.
Bamboo and Japanese paper
The frame is made of thinly sliced Japanese bamboo, and the surface is made of three layers of Japanese paper. The many ribs ensure that the fan fits comfortably in the hand and creates a gentle yet powerful breeze.
