Our carefully crafted set allows you to sear meat to perfection – on a high-quality lava stone known for its superior heat distribution and retention.
With a specially integrated juice channel on one side of the stone, excess fat and juices can easily drain away, reducing the formation of fat splashes.
A smart heat protection plate underneath the stone catches all juices and ensures clean and tidy cooking.

Care instructions

• Lava stone: Use warm water and grease-dissolving washing-up liquid for cleaning.
  A ceramic hob scraper is also recommended for heavy soiling.
• Ceramic bowls: Are suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.
• Bamboo top: Clean with a damp cloth and a little dishwater; do not use abrasive cleaning agents, acids or similar.
