Folding fan – Fan Fun Kyoto – Budo This handmade folding fan is made in Kyoto. A folding fan passes through the hands of craftsmen 87 times. The result is a beautiful, high-quality fan with lots of ribs that sits perfectly in the hand and creates a gentle yet strong breeze. The frame of the fan is made of thinly sliced Japanese bamboo. The fan fan consists of three different layers of Japanese paper. The fan can be stored in a matching fabric cover when not in use.
