A shopping bag is only useful if you have it with you. That’s exactly what the Notabag Tote is all about: It weighs 120 grams and folds down to 14 × 11 cm—the size of a wallet. That way, you can keep it in your jacket pocket or backpack at all times, instead of leaving it hanging on the doorknob at home.

21 liters that hold 20 kilograms

The ripstop fabric is woven with a grid pattern that stops small tears from spreading. That’s why a bag weighing just 120 grams can hold 20 kilograms—enough for a full week’s worth of groceries, including beverage bottles.

  • 39 × 32.5 × 16.5 cm when open; it holds a crate of vegetables.
  • 24-cm handle bag: You can carry it in your hand or over your shoulder, even with a winter jacket on.
  • Water-repellent: a downpour on the way home won’t damage the contents.

The pouch is sewn on

The packing pouch is securely attached to the bag, so you can’t lose it. Just stuff the bag inside, tie the drawstring, and you’re done. No need to fold it according to the instructions.

Seven colors, no pattern

Black, Sand, Sage, Mustard, Cornflower, Terracotta, and Olive. Subdued shades that haven’t gone out of style even after three winters. If you prefer something more colorful, you’ll find the same bag in patterned versions and as an Artist Edition in the collection.

Care

Machine wash at 30 degrees, then air dry. Do not use fabric softener; it will coat the water-repellent finish.
