Just how small is the Marcello 2, really?

11 x 2 x 7.5 cm—shorter than a credit card. Despite its small size, it features four card slots, two open pockets, a bill compartment, and a coin pocket with a snap closure.

Does the Marcello 2 protect my cards from unauthorized reading?

Yes. The wallet has a layer built in that blocks the RFID signal. This prevents contactless cards from being read unnoticed while they're in your pocket. To pay, just take the card out as usual.

Do Swiss banknotes fit in the Marcello 2?

Yes, folded. The sheet music compartment is designed for the mini format; sheet music is inserted folded in half. If you carry a lot of sheet music, you’re better off with the larger Zürich 1 or Wien 1.

How do I care for the leather on the Marcello 2?

Semi-vegetable-tanned cowhide requires little care: wipe it down with a soft cloth every now and then, and apply a small amount of colorless leather conditioner as needed. Signs of wear are part of the process and give the leather its patina over time.
