The ceramic grinding mechanism can be adjusted continuously. A coarse grind for coarsely ground pepper, for example, or a fine grind for finely ground salt—it’s easy to adjust with a simple twist.
Simply wipe it down with a slightly damp cloth. Do not put it in the dishwasher or submerge it in water, as the grinder is made of oak and stainless steel.
