The Notabag Original solves a problem that every cyclist is familiar with: a bag on the handlebars just doesn’t work. Here, you pull on the handles and the bag turns into a backpack, leaving your hands free. This page features the patterned versions—four with stripes and two with color gradients.
Six versions
- Stripes: Navy, Royal, Orange-Pink, and Red-Violet. Wide stripes running the full height, two colors per design.
- Gradient: Aurora and Sunbeam. A smooth transition from one shade to the next, without a visible edge.
The change takes a second
The handles run through the body of the bag. When you pull them apart, the handles shorten to become shoulder straps, and the edge of the bag cinches closed. There’s nothing to clip, fold over, or tie. The mechanism is patented.
15 kilograms at 140 grams
The ripstop fabric can hold your entire week’s worth of groceries. For comparison: a full two-liter bottle weighs 2 kg, so you can easily fit seven of them inside. When open, the bag measures 45 × 65 cm, including the handles.
The pouch is sewn on
When folded up, it fits neatly into its own 15.5 × 13 cm pouch. The pouch is securely attached to the bag, so you won’t lose it. When folded, it fits in your jacket pocket and stays there until you need it.
Care
Machine wash at 30 degrees, air dry. Do not use fabric softener, as it will coat the water-repellent finish. The patterns retain their color.
